Refund & Cancellation policy

At 1ClickISO, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and transparent process. However, since we work on certification services that involve immediate processing and documentation, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation & Refund within 24 Hours

• Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

• A valid and applicable reason for cancellation must be provided.

• Upon review and approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

2. Cancellation after 24 Hours

• Once 24 hours have passed from the time of order placement, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted.

• Customers must ensure that they inform us within 24 hours if they wish to cancel their order.

3. Exceptions

• No refunds will be provided in cases where the certification process has already been initiated, documentation has been shared with authorities, or the application has been submitted.
