Refund & Cancellation policy
At 1ClickISO, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and transparent process. However, since we work on certification services that involve immediate processing and documentation, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation & Refund within 24 Hours
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
A valid and applicable reason for cancellation must be provided.
Upon review and approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
2. Cancellation after 24 Hours
Once 24 hours have passed from the time of order placement, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted.
Customers must ensure that they inform us within 24 hours if they wish to cancel their order.
3. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided in cases where the certification process has already been initiated, documentation has been shared with authorities, or the application has been submitted.
